Priority Consumer list

The Priority Consumers list is a free service for Industrial and Commercial sites that could be at risk in the case of a sudden loss of gas.

While being registered as a Priority Consumer site does not guarantee an uninterrupted supply of energy, during a national gas emergency, these sites are lower on the list that are directed to cease taking gas.

Gas & Power Domestic Customer Priority Service Register (PSR)

Unlike the Priority Consumer List, which is focused on non-domestic properties, the PSR is a complementary service available to domestic consumers across the UK, offering additional guidance and assistance, especially during disruptions to electricity and gas supply.
