We began our journey as an ambitious, independent gas supplier in the North West of England, originally known as Pennine Gas. We’re now known as SEFE Energy, part of SEFE Securing Energy for Europe.

Our Manchester office is the base for over 270 colleagues in a diverse array of roles and specialties from all across SEFE group – from sales and operations, to technology, data science and more. From this office we serve over 30,000 non-domestic energy customers in Great Britain. While our primary activity in Manchester is sales, many colleagues from our central functions work from our Manchester office as well.

As part of SEFE, our wider sales operations extend across the continent - you’ll find SEFE’s sales business in France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Across Europe, we supply over 50,000 organisations, municipalities and re-sellers, all of whom enjoy competitive contracts, great customer service and support to make smart energy buying decisions.
