Ideally you should contact us at least 30 days before you move because you remain responsible for the energy supply to the premises and all costs associated with it until you go through our change of tenancy process.

Why do I have to complete a form? 

We recognise how stressful moving premises can be for businesses and that’s why we have a dedicated team to help you. You've been asked to complete this form because you've moved, or are planning to move, in or out of a property supplied by SEFE Energy.  We need the details in the form to process your final invoice and close your account or to accurately bill you for any gas consumption and associated charges.

Please note that it will take up to 30 days to process your change of tenancy request and we can only process the change if you have provided one of the following documents: 

•  A solicitor’s letter confirming details of the move in or out of the property
• A certified lease or tenancy agreement
• A copy of your business rates from the council if you are moving in
• A copy of your business rates final invoice from the council if you are moving out
• A copy of Land Registry title (TR1)

The outgoing tenant, will remain responsible for the energy supply to the premises, and all costs associated with it, until this process has been completed.
