The prestigious event held at the Brewery in London recognises individuals and businesses excelling in their approach to customer service. The longest running customer service awards in the UK celebrate those in the industry that are role models and inspire others in contact centre operations.
The award stands as a testament to the hard work of the customer service team and highlights the team’s resilience and dedication over the last year and in the midst of the pandemic. The team has continued to deliver an extremely high level of service to customers throughout the challenging and unprecedented period.

The UK Customer Service team previously won the Regional Frontline Team of the Year Award in 2019. To win a national award is a first for us and a great achievement. This award provides a great boost for the team and recognises their continuous hard work.
