Standards and codes

Since starting over a decade ago, our award-winning customer service has turned us into one of the UK’s leading suppliers of business energy. We place customers at the heart of everything we do, and our commitment to industry standards and codes of practice demonstrates the value we place on upholding our high customer satisfaction rate.

Always treating you fairly

Our reputation as a transparent and honest non-domestic energy supplier is hugely important to us. That’s why treating customers fairly is central to our company culture and ethos; we believe that all of our customers deserve our complete help and support, no matter the size of their business.

Industry standards to protect your business interests

We understand how important it is to safeguard your company’s interests in an increasingly competitive marketplace. Because of this, we like to be as upfront as we can about any information which could affect the amount that your business pays for business energy.

We publish information on all of the compulsory standards we have to adhere to, so you can be sure your energy contracts stay in safe hands. Transparency and honesty are big parts of our culture, and we hope this comes across to all of our customers when we work together.
